Newborn: 12-13 inch head circumference
0-3 Months: 14-15 inch head circumference
3-6 Months: 15-16 inch head circumference
6-12 Months: 16-17 inch head circumference

Hats are stretchy. Size up for a looser or slightly baggy fit.
