Shipping & Returns
Spearmint’s timely processing of orders is continuing as normal. However, once packages are shipped from our Tempe, AZ warehouse, they may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability and increased volume with USPS and our other shipping carriers.
We recommend upgrading to Priority Shipping for time-sensitive orders. Launches, restocks, and holidays might extend shipping times; we thank you for your patience!

We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Tempe, AZ.
Preorder items ship in the time period stated above after their given release date. If your order includes both preorder and non-preorder items, the full order will be held until the expected ship date of the preorder item(s). We may occasionally split your order into multiple shipments at SpearmintLOVE's discretion.
All pre-order items reference an "Expected Ship Date" which is our best estimate of product availability at the time of sale. These dates can and do change. While we make every effort to deliver on or before these dates, please be aware that all pre-ordered items are subject to changes in actual ship dates. If your order includes both preorder and non-preorder items, the full order will be held until the expected ship date of the preorder item(s). In order to provide the best service experience, we encourage customers to avoid time-sensitive purchases such as gifts on pre-order items.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received. For more return information, please refer to our return policy below.
Orders of $350 and up require signature confirmation upon delivery.
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx at SpearmintLOVE's discretion. SpearmintLOVE is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country. SpearmintLOVE may cancel any order being sent to a Freight Forwarding company/address.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day.
If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.
All international packages are shipped via FedEx with the service level at SpearmintLOVE's discretion or by upgrading to International Priority shipping. We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. The value of the package is listed to customs as the subtotal (before discount) and includes shipping costs. SpearmintLOVE assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.

Returned items that were purchased using a Black Friday coupon code are eligible for in-store credit only.
Items purchased from the sale category are final sale only.
We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit and that there are no other issues. We cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed.
An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
The return package must be postmarked back to us within seven calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this seven-day-timeframe for a store credit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. No return form in necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order. SpearmintLOVE is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.
Returns over $300 will be issued a store credit and restocking fee of 10%.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.

If you would like to return an item purchased directly from Spearmint that was gifted to you, please include a note indicating this is a gift return along with the buyer’s name and order number if known in addition to your name and email address. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.
